hi all, first of all sorry for my english i dont speak it well at all.
The problem is that i can't play this game, it runs well on menus, but when i start the first mision i got like 8 fps or less, i have a good pc i could run FFXIII in HD 60 fps in this emulator, so i dont know what happens with this game.
My pc: AMD FX™- 6200 Six core processor 3,80 GHz
AMD radeon HD 7700 series
8 GB RAM

CoD 2 won't run well on your system.

Try software mode.
The sofware mode fix textures bugs in menus but ingame i got the same problem with FPS

Try setting extra rendering threads to 3 in gsdx config.

Now i get 17 fps, but looks like running at 5fps, The problem its only ingame. I have 50 fps in menus

Cod 2 is quite demanding, and your CPU is unfortunately known to perform quite badly with single threaded applications like pcsx2.
Not much you can do except playing it on your ps2, i'm affraid
