Off to guess and check!

Any way to not have to restart the game each time?

File -> Run = Game loads

Hit escape to get the File menu back .... can't get back to the game window?

In menu Run->Execute to resume.

I'll let you know what I find.

EDIT: Fixed (mostly) - Checking 'partial depth 04x' speeds up menus to about 35 FPS at worst. Very much better. I'm going to have to start keeping a log of all the settings I have to use for each game, so I can go and check the correct boxes before I load up.
