AMD Athlon II X2 215 Processor 2.70 GHz, memory 3GB (2.87 usable), Windows 7 Home Premium.

All settings defualt except controllers.
Playing from iso.

Update to atleast version 1.2.1 of the emulator. That one is unsupported now.
That CPU is pretty weak.
What graphics card do you have?

going off the 2.87 usable i'd guess a motherboard based gpu.
I would keep PCSX2 in "Native" resolution if i were you.

Press Windows Key + R.
Type dxdiag and then press enter.
Click the Display tab at the top and it will be displayed there.

NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430. could that be me graphics card?

very bad gpu too.
It'll be slow, even in native res.
