IDK about the dual core ones, that might be true, but my single core Athlon 64 3700+ would go from 2.2 to 2.8Ghz

How about the Video(GS) settings? Anyway to make it not so blurry? Also would it help if I was using a 64 bit version or not? I know I have enough ram to run a 64 bit I just haven't found a big enough reason to transfer everything over to 64 bit. Other than that I can't think of anything that I have enough money to fix.

There will be no difference moving to 64bit.

You can use upscaling but it will make the game even harder to run at good speed.
