A lot of recommendations here for the 6300's so id presume a 6200 would be fine also, it looks overclocked as well.
it is overclocked

I've wondered that myself. I have a 6300 and the difference in single thread performance between it and the 6200 is not that much. Of course, at stock speed the 6300 isn't the greatest either though.
It is still slow speeds on FFX-2 in the FMV (I have no idea if it will always be or what)

I cant find a good settings.

30-50 fps
mostly 30s-40s
here's a good thread to get an idea of how your machine will perform on FFX2 FMVs : http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-CPU-Bench...d-on-FFX-2
followed the steps i think and it didnt really help (it fixed the shaky audio and video) but the fps was still bad so it was still slow) 45 fps

Use the MTVU speedhack if you aren't already.

What are your EE and VU percentages when a slowdown occurs? It's shown in the title bar when in windowed mode.
EE: 80%-89% spikes into the 90% range sometimes 2
VU: 50%-65% range

What's your cpu's clocks when the game slows down?

What's your cpu's temps? Your cpu might be throttling.
