(Bob tff interlacing enabled to prevent screen shake)
Playable; runs at playable speeds, though some areas like the warp lobby have major fps drops. For this game, I tried using some speedhacks like 1.5x cycle rate and INTC/Idle-LoopFF, but they had no (or very slight) effect on fps. Still gotta tweak it a bit and see if I can get it to run better. I also noticed some weird texture artifacts in some levels.
EDIT: Dunno what I did, but it runs a bit better now. Added second screenshot.
Ingame; menus worked perfectly fine at 100% speed, but ingame the fps is poor and drops very heavily when enemies start to spawn. In addition, the game crashes at the end of the first level.
Ingame; lots of texture corruption, very poor fps. Didn't play it very far as it was hard to see things (textures looked very distorted from a distance and a lot of stuff just "popped" into view as you walked through the level).

2GB DDR2 800MHz
Nvidia 9500 GT 1GB
Config:
PCSX2 r1888
GSdx 1873 - Settings (See last note for important info)
Speedhacks:
All disabled, except for VU Cycle Stealing, which was set to Moderate.
NOTES:
-Game ran at 70 - 95%FPS most of the time.
-Setting VU Cycle Stealing to "Large Speedup" gives a large boost in FPS, but gives the game a delay.
-Using EE Sync Hacks makes the game run slower.
-Occaisonally it would jump up in FPS which completely screws up the rhythm, obviously not a problem if you have constant 100%FPS
-Playing on keyboard is hard, best played with a controller that has analog sticks
-The picture is actually stretched off of the screen a little bit, which you can see in attachment 2 and 3. Using GSdx r2404 (currently the latest released version) stretches the picture MUCH worse, as you can see in the last attachment, so I used GSdx r1873 to get the results you see in the first 5 attachments

Intel Core 2 Duo - 1,8 Ghz

Config:
PCSX2 r1888
GSdx 1873 [DX10] - Settings
Speedhacks:
Intc sync hack , iop 2x cycle rate , idle loop fast foward , Status Flag Hack
NOTES:
-Game ran at 40 to - 60 % frames but it needs a little bit more speed up
-Setting VU Cycle Stealing to "Large Speedup" gives a large boost in FPS,
-Playing on Xbox 360 Controller and it makes alot of fun works without trouble.
Its Fully Playable i think that its gonna be full speed in the next update of pcsx2. Great work guys

Speedhacks: None (Tried everything at least once)
Notes: Runs well, 60 FPS during the menus and even as the fighter intros start. Once the game is up and moving, the frame rate drops down to about 35-42 FPS and stays there consistently. I've tried a bunch of different things to speed up the game to no avail. No graphic glitches worth mentioning.
Update: The game seems to work wonderfully in the beta version. 60 FPS constant, with no speed hacks needed.
Notes: Runs well, 60 FPS constant. Turn on software mode and no texture filtering to remove the sprite lines associated with hardware mode. No other graphic/sound glitches worth mentioning.
Notes: Probably one of the best emulated I've seen so far. 60 FPS constant. Turn on software mode to clear up any graphical problems and turn all the speed hacks off.
Notes: Runs awesome; 60 FPS constant. Some minor graphic noise and pixelation when there's a lot of action on screen, which I think can be fixed up with some more configuration. No other graphic/sound glitches worth mentioning.
