Speedhacks: Everything enabled (including VU cycle stealing at full)! The game doesn't seem to mind speedhacks at all, graphics stay exactly the same and there is only very minor frameskipping.

Note: I also set HW AA off for this game as it seems to reduce fps a lot. Otherwise internal res is the same 1920x1080. Pics resized to 1280x720.
Status: Playable
on pcsx2 0.9.7 svn r2885
(can use r1888 with gsdx10 but it wont look as good)
specs:
core 2 duo e6750 oc'ed to 3,4ghz
2gb ram
8600gts oc'ed 825mhz(doesn't really matter)

Plugins:
gsdx2870 ssse3 on direct3d11(hardware) res 800x600 (this gsdx build has only d3d 9 and 11,not 10)
texture filtering enabled
lilypad svn r1854(they all work so it wont matter)
zeroSPU2 r2861 time scaling unchecked(this way u can actually listen to music and enjoy it)
and linuz iso (don't wanna scratch my original)

Speed Hacks:
ee cycle rate on 3 and vu cycle on 2
everything else checked except for mvu min/max hack
the speedhacks don't give a very high improvement, but they do help and don't make it worse in any way

it had a slight slow down to 40fps or so when i started moving then, full speed no matter what i did at 60fps

Screens:

save them as JPG, shrink them if need be, rather you didnt upload huge photos tho ;p but PNG is a waste

GTA Vice City Stories (SLUS 21590P2) NTSC
PLAYABLE, best on default setting with my outdated rig. Still slow, radio stations play at 100% only if camera is manually kept facing down while driving. Have not completed but I'm about 1/4th in and it works.

P4 3.6 HT (Still got some kick to it)
2 GB RAM
Radeon x1950 Pro AGP (coming soon to a museum near you)

PCSX 0.9.6 rev 1888
GSdx 2404 SSE2 0.1.15
- Default/native resolution (for best fps)
- 1280 x 720 - D3D 4x - Allow 8-bit textures - Enable output merger blur (makes it look like a beautiful slideshow)
CPU: all checked on left side
Speed Hacks: x2 Cycle Rate - all EE & VU Hacks - VU Cycle Stealing next to highest position
Advanced Options: EE & VU Round Mode is Chop/Zero - Clamps to None - Flush and Denormals checked

This is my favorite GTA game, I'd love to know if anyone with a very highend rig (i7, DirectX 11, ton-o-RAM) can get this game to play at HD resolution
Resident Evil Outbreak 1 (SLUS 20765) NTSC

PLAYABLE
- Only in larger map areas or special lighting does it ever dip below 100%. Also much faster in Solo Mode (No AI NPCs).

P4 3.6 HT
2 GB RAM
Radeon x1950 Pro AGP

PCSX 0.9.6 rev 1888
GSdx 2404 SSE2 0.1.15
- 1280 x 720 - D3D 4x - Allow 8-bit textures - Enable output merger blur
CPU: all checked on left side
Speed Hacks: x2 Cycle Rate - all EE & VU Hacks - VU Cycle Stealing next to highest position
Advanced Options: EE & VU Round Mode is Chop/Zero - Clamps to None - Flush and Denormals checked

A solid RE game that runs great on my old rig. Now I'm spolied, if I play this on my real PS2 the native res gives me a headache. What a terrific job the PCSX2 team has done with the rev1888. Being able to play this (and Outbreak 2) in HD is such a treat. Thank you all so very much!

And yes, of course it's a retail game I bought and made a legal .iso from.
