First post on the website, have to say I hope it's just the first of many.

Game: Shadow of the Colossus

Software Configuration:
PCSX2 0.9.8.r4600
gsdx-sse4-r4600
LilyPad-r4600.dll
SPU2-X-r4600.dll
cdvdGigaherz (Note: I am loading from an ISO, not sure if I should change to Linuz ISO. I'm thinking probably so)
Preset - 2 with the following edits
EE Cyclerate: 2
VU Cycle Stealing: 2

Hardware Configuration
Windows 7 Pro, 64-Bit
Intel Core i7-2600k @ 4.10GHz
16GB DDR3 ram
Intel HD3000 Graphics (Note: No GPU, interesting results)

Results: Playable!
FPS ingame: 45-55 (out of 60)
FPS in cutscenes has dropped down to 15 FPS in very bright scenes, usually about 20-40 FPS in most cutscenes.

Photo attached includes, clockwise from top left, scene from in-game (at 54 FPS), PCSX2 Log, Windows Task Manager (CPU and RAM usage), SpeedFan (temps and fan speeds), and CPU-Z (in-depth CPU usage).

When I was researching on the site before installation, I had my doubts about the ability to get Playable results from the on-chip GPU with the i7. Hopefully this is a good sign for the graphical capabilities for the Sandy Bridge chips and the Intel HD3000 Graphics. I would be interested in seeing the results from the new Ivy Bridge chips and the Intel HD4000 Graphics Engine does. I am planning on building a HTPC in the near future using the Core i3-3225, which can hopefully handle the CPU and GPU loads as well as the i7-2600k even with less power.

It's amazing what AA can do for some games... Combine it with widescreen and it's like all your old games are new again.

I remember this game was notorious for two things back in 2000 - jugs and jaggies. It's such a shame the Hardcore edition isn't playable because vanilla DOA2 seems to be emulated near perfect (r5321). I've only noticed a few odd graphics

(Press F9 to watch the intro video correctly if you don't use native res. The rest of the game plays fine - tested in 3x internal)
