Tri-Ace games like Radiata Stories have progressive mode you can enter by holding triangle+x during the boot. It should look better than interlaced mode.

By the way, how is your FPS and CPU consumption with Okage?

Okage: 60fps with DX11 at 3x internal. Haven't played it a lot but so far no problems.
