I was just wondering if Kingdom Hearts 2 and Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix both require different spec requirements. Also, I was wondering if I'd be able to play one or both of them with my specs.

Not on those specs.

No, KH2 and KH2: Final Mix both have the same performance.

And both should be playable. Maybe not at 1080p at 60fps, but set it to native, and I think it'll work.

I have a similar single threaded performance on my older pc and it can't pull 40fps on the intro cutscene

I don't see those games working on that PC IMO.

single thread performance in passmark.

My Athlon 64 x2 4400+ = 750
The op's cpu = 793

It's not going to run even close to full speed.
