about true crime : did you read what I quoted from the compatibility list ?
it has to be run in software mode, and graphics are broken whatever you do.
Why are you running it in hardware mode ?

wow man im so sorry i didnt even see that and idunno.. i was messing around with it and i didnt know that they were broken regardless......
but still with any other games that i play on my PC the FPS will drop by half and will only run good during a cutscene or movie.. and thats the other reason i made this thread was to ask about that as well

EE 99% GS ranges from 43- 27% and specific levels but in general it tends to slowdown
means your cpu is struggling.
make sure you enabled all recommended speedhacks, especially mtvu hack.
