pcsx2-r5875.exe entry point not found

the procedure entry point_except1 could not be located in the dynamic link library msvc120.dll.

Just downloaded and installed this today and getting this error message

I previously had this a number of months ago on a older laptop
Thought i would get it again as i loved it.

Any idea what this error message relates to?
