Sure, your computer enough to play most of the games ! But i cant understand what you actually are trying to say ! If this is low framerate issue then disable speedhacks (if you used it) !

definitely not.
this is one of the most intensive games.

Thats crazy. I can run Super Mario Galaxy 2 at max but not a PS2 game? LOLWAT?

super mario galaxy 2 isnt an emulated ps2 game. Dont make that kind of comparison unless you want to sound ridiculous.
I may be wrong, but i remember someone showing off proudly his new cpu that was even more powerful than yours, and couldnt reach full fps in this game... Cant remember the guy, though...

wow I am still shocked by how some ps2 games just chew up and spit out some cpu special oc'ed ones still. And people think ps3 emulations is possible on current tech ( by possible i mean playable speeds)

This, while true for LLE, must not be the case for HLE. For example:
http://www.noxa.org/blog/category/projects/xenia/
The developer of a 360 emu says the CPU core could run full speed on a powerful modern CPU.
I'm just saying there's more to emulation than just direct comparisons between emus.
NOTE that I'm not saying it's easy to get playable 360 speeds, but giving you an example that some things aren't as crazy as the first time they meet the eye

Totally agree with you, was only pointing out that the console generation is sort of feasible for emulation, was not trying to disprove you
The Cell is indeed a different story than the tri-core IBM PPC on the 360
