Windows 7 Home Premium
Cpu: AMD Athlon II 215 processor, Speed(2.70)
Usable ram: 3.75 GB
GPU: ATI Raedon 3000
64 bit OS

It seems to lag every game I play, Ive played 5 different games all with the same result.
Ive enabled and experimented with speed hacks to no avail.

what im wondering is my computer even capable of running this?

Sorry wasn't apparent I couldn't reference that, Im just trying to paint the picture here.

Cpu is not that good. Gpu is even worse. Stick with (possibly) software mode and speedhacks.

Thanks I really appreciate it, I just have to save money and get a better pc
