ok i download the new GSDX and all the things that came with then i put them in the plugins folder, then i with to cpu>cpu config now on the window it says

Cpu Vendor: AuthenticAMD
Family: AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core
CPU Speed: 2269 MHZ
Features: MMX(?),SSE,SSE2,SSE3

then i with to Config>configure
Graphics: GSdx 890 (MSVC 15.00,SSSE3 0.1.14
the other stuff don't matter
then click o.k
then file>run selct the iso then

(This CPU does not support SSE 3.01)

but the CPU config said Features: MMX(?),SSE,SSE2,SSE3

don't that mean i can run it (SSE 3.01)

It's a typo in gsdx.
You need SSSE3 see?
GSdx 890 (MSVC 15.00,SSSE3 0.1.14 <---

And amd cpus do not have SSSE3

are you saying i need to download it??

you have to use GSdx SSE2.

i kinda new that before and been useing i just wanted to know why it says SSE3 but won't let me use the plugins.

SSE3 is different from SSSE3. Only intel CPU's support SSSE3.
