Thanks for the reply, but is it the CPU that could make it unplayable? I have a second laptop which is old and has a GPU based off an 8400gs and it could run PS2 games at about 40-55 fps. Also it has 3 gigs of Ram and a old Intel Core 2 Dou.

Yeah the cpu is a huge bottleneck, but the gpu isn't good either.
