I am trying to play Driver 3 on pcsx2 and the picture is distorted and I can't read anything or make anything out of it. Can anyone help?
In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

it's your CPU.
too slow for software mode.
Can I fix that in pxsx2 to make it run a little faster or no?
you can fiddle with speedhacks. but the best bet is still to play it on your PS2 for now. until you can afford a better machine.
