Im using DEV9ghzdrk-r5822 ethernet plugin

As i know this plugin gives unique MAC address to every PCSX2 emulator but maybe im wrong

So my question is does it give unique MAC address only to PCSX2 1.2.1 or does it give unique MAC address to older versions too such as 1.0.0 or 1.1.0?

Which was before 1.2.1 was released, so you'll need a 1.1.0 release above r5805 (or just use 1.2.1...)
