My computer specs are:

Intel Pentium 4 2.80ghz
Nvidia 8400 GT
4096MB Ram
Direct X 10
1600x1280 32 bit

The only thing I think I would need to improve is my processor.

Your computer is mainly fine, but yeah the processor upgrade is a must if you want to use pcsx2 half way decently. At least a duel core at 2.4 or greater should work fine for a lot of games though don't expect the games to run a perfect ~60 fps.

Yes.
As someone else around here told me the other day: Emulation is a lot about the processor, and little about the GPU.
I don't think it will run very well on your computer, I'm afraid. -Maybe with some speed hacks, but apparently they may cause crashes and other problems when playing..

I'm running with a AMD Athlon 64 x2 6400+ (3.2ghz) cpu and, at extreme times, it drops to about 40 FPS for me..
...the same thing here! I also have AMD Athlon 64 6400+ X2, it's hard to run a game if you don't have a good CPU, go for E8x00 at least series, heard they're realy good...

Cheers...

Black Edition, ftw. Cool

Yes, the wolfdales are nice CPUs. =)
-However, if the creator of this thread is going to upgrade his/her hardware, he/she might as well get something newer. -Like the i7. =)
(Don't know how compitable they are with Pcsx2, though.)
