I want to play Kingdom hearts 2 and with pcsx2. But when I try to play it, its picture is slow, and the music is also slow. My FPS on the game intro is somewhere around 19 and 30 FPS.

I think I've tried just about everything, if you could help, I'd be a happy man lol.

don't set internal resolution higher than native since your GPU is crap. And fiddle a bit with speedhacks.
But don't expect miracles since this game can be medium GPU demanding.

better play it on your PS2 until you can afford better PC.

Maybe of importance:
Your cpu is Intel Core i3-2310M 2.1 GHz.

Please provide GS% and EE% in the titlebar in windowed mode during slowdowns.

Maybe you can also post the emulog.txt (log-file of the emulator which is either in mydocuments/pcsx2 or in the installation folder)
