The problem is that the game is too slow,the FPS values are between 20-30

Is there a way to get at least a 40 FPS?

My specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 3 GHZ
Video card: Ati Radeon HD 5670 1 GB
Memory: 4 GB

PCSX2 1.3.0 5907 (svn) Feb 21 2014 (also tested on June 11 version)

GS: GSdx 5899 (MSVC 16,00 SSE2) 0.1.16 (GSdx33-SSE2-r5899)
