as jasalvein said play your games on ps2 ( go buy a new one) or buy new pc, your laptop is far to weak of pcsx2
Just be cause its NEW tech dont mean it good special if is a sub 400$ laptop most the laptops that can handle pcsx2 emulation well are not cheap laptops either. Nor is a i3/i5/i7 for laptop even remotley close to i3/i5/i7 desktop performance and i3 for desktops arnt really that great to begin with
