The Sims 2 locks up every time I go into Free Play mode. My specs are as follows:

Intel Core i5 (3.10 Ghz)
8.0 GB RAM
1 TB HDD
Nvidia GeForce 9400 GT
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
Version : 1.2.1
Playing from ISO
FPS changed from the usual 59.94 to 29.97 through the pcsx2_vm.ini
gamefixes enabled

VU's:
SuperVU Recompiler (Legacy) both VU0 and VU1
Clamping Mode: None
Round Mode: Nearest

EE/IOP:
Round Mode: Nearest
Clamping Mode: None

Speed Hacks:
EE Cyclerate set to 2
VU Cycle Stealing set to 3

Spin Detection ON
Wait Loop Detection ON

MVU Flag Hack ON
MTVU ON

Pretty much all my settings

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

That happen to me intil i when to a new site to get the sims 2 from. If you got your from *snip* it for some reason doesnt work right. Try *snip*

Please post the emulog after the crash.
It is either in the program directory of pcsx2 (portable/SVN/GIT) or in my documents\pcsx2 (installer)

It's fixed one of the gamefixes must've done it.
