Hello, hello
I have a graphic problem with this game: 'Wild Arms after code F', it's not a big problem but I want to remove it with my new pc.
the problem:

my new pc have:
OS: win7
processor: Intel Core i3-4150 3.50GHz
graphic card: Nvidia Geforce GT440
Ram: 4GB DDR3 (1600 mHz)
PCSX2: 1.3 version

And I think that my plugins configuration is not very good:

As you haven't told us which bit you think is the problem, im going to assume you mean the boxes around the text.

use native resolution, that will solve it. You might be able to reduce it with upscaling by using the TC Offsets in gsdx's HW Hacks section, but it won't get rid of it.

It should get rid of it. The hack is made with this game in mind
