There is also a cd version:

..but I prefer the adapter because you only need to select codes and boot the game without switching the cd everytime.

Question. How do you fix the flashlight issue in Silent Hill 1? When played in widescreen the flashlight floats about an inch away from Harry Mason's body.
Sorry if already asked. Any chance for Shadowman PS1 PAL or US widescreen codes? Smile

We don't have any patch for the game Silent Hill. If you refer to the integrated widescreen option of emulators like ePSXe contact the forums of
their websites. This thread is for patches, not for the integrated widescreen option of some emulators.

Sorry for the offtopic (kind of) just in case anyone is interested,  widescreen hacks can be achieved on the Sega Saturn too.

I don't know if I can link to other forums so if anyone is interested or is willing to help, look for "Sega Saturn Widescreen Hacks"

Thanks.
You can make PS1 widescreen patches with PCSX2(once PSX mode becomes available). Search between addresses 24000000 and 241FFFFF.

Existing PS1 patches can easily be converted: Change the first two numbers of the address from 80 to 24. Example from 80098F98 to 24098F98.
^ Nice, I was wondering about that.

Do you mean that pcsx2 in a next version emulates also de psx? and which search values could be used in the addresses of 24000000 to 241FFFFF?

Best regards.
@ElPatas : I've this this information few days ago, but I cant find it anymore. If I remind correctly, it was in PCSX2 previous versions - and PS1 emulation was dropped down after to focus on PS2 emulation. Something like that - PCSX2 advanced users could answer you better that I do, I'm a n00b at it

Edit : my bad, not true.
