I think it can be done by analogy with the USA version (as in the case of Soul Reaver).
Bust-A-Move Dance & Rhythm Action [SLPS-01232]

Code:
Hex code:

PS: I was lucky with finding the right value for a widescreen.

Wow THanks Paul, I can't believe how fast you did it, I've spent countless hours without finding the correct value, in either of both games.
Thanks.

It was more of a fortuity. I found some values, but they were not exactly suitable. But next to them was one familiar value, which I saw before in the first post of this topic.
Bust a grove 2 SLUS 01159

Hex code:

File: "Slus 011.59"
Offset / Value

@paul_met, for the Gameshark code you posted the ID of "SLPS-01237", and for hexadecimal values
the "SLPS-01232" which is the limited edition, one is wrong no?
Best regards.

Yes, there was a little confusion with ID. This is SLPS-01232. Fixed.

Typical rounding error, they round the value up instead of truncating it. I might add that one too. In general it's a good idea to search +1 in hex values to make sure that the devs didn't fall out of the general rule of trancation.
Thanks to @paul_met code, I can do this port for the PAL version of Gex 3D - Enter The Gecko
