Hey, I want to know if its possible for my laptop to play PS2 games at 40+ fps. If not, then is it possible to play games like Ratchet and Clank?

Laptop Specs:
HP- Pavilion
Possessor: AMD A8-Series, 4 Cores
Graphics Chip: AMD/ATI
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7640G discrete-class
Processor Speed: 1.9GHz (with Turbo CORE up to 2.8GHz)
RAM: 4GB (Can expand to 8GB) DDR3L SDRAM
Hard Drive size: 750GB

ratchet won't even touch 40fps on that thing. You will need a lot faster for most ps2 games.
