Sorry for my bad english, I'm mexican.
First, my specs:
AMD A10-5745M, Radeon HD 8610M + 8600M Series, 8Gb RAM, Windows 8.1 64 bits
PCSX2 1.2.1
All Default under emulation settings
Trying to play Persona 4 using a .iso file

I already played the game without issues until this part
One day I opened PCSX2 to play it and the graphics were all messed up, with a strange red coloration with OpenGL and red and blue dots with Direct3D11
My graphics driver were the same before and after the issue

Using OpenGL the game looks like this (note the hair of the main character)[attachment=51648]

And using Direct3D11 it looks like this
[attachment=51647]

I've already tried changing the graphics adapter without luck, it's the same

Can you show your GSdx and emulation settings?

GSdx are in the OP screenshots
emulation settings are all in default except for MTVU speedhack (I have a quad core CPU)
I already tested the game without that feature enabled and the graphics look the same
Try disabling HW Hacks (if you're using any).
Tried upping the resolution?

Have you updated your GPU?

it's updated to the latest stable radeon driver (14.4)
The problem at least in the DX11 case is the CRT shader. Press F7 to cycle through it, until it turns off.
