here it is, all the cutscenes in 1080p, well not real 1080p but you wont get better cause the dont exist in high res, he made them available to download in another site but I cant link here...
Yeah the Xenosaga cutscenes look BAD because they were rendered at native PS2 resolution. Nothing you can do about that. Believe me, I tried.

I tried processing them through an HQ4X filter, with a lanczos resize to 1080p and they definitely looked better. It would have even been possible to insert them back into the game, but I got bored lol.
