When I try to save in the game and when it will format the memory card I can't press Yes on it and when I cancel to format the memory card it said format failed. Help please.
Format it in the BIOS instead. Set no disc and then Boot full, and format it as you would on your PS2.

I formatted it on the BIOS already but the funny thing is it is asking me to format the memory card again when I am trying to save it. Now I can't save my game only save state works.
Solve it by ejecting the memory card slot 2.
