So did software mode change a thing ?
If you still cant see the flashing you should just "play with the feel" when it comes to charging attacks, I never have time during fights to look at the flashing.
Just test different charges until you hit the sweet spot. I had to do this in RB2 because goku literally didnt flash AT ALL during the practice challenge.
