ok so im using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit with nvidia geforce gtx 670m gpu and i was wondering what are the best plugins to use to get smooth audio sync with video and to where i can get anywhere between 50-60 fps for just about any game i can play?
then you need a machine first which have 5 ghz cpu with octacore powered with gtx titan and wait ? ps2 it self have slowdown ? what we can do now ?
by not making my statement complicated I said you direct that there is not a such type of plugin which can able to achive playable speed in any machine ! its depend on your machine how powerful it is! even some games cant render perfectly on the presence plugin !

to make it simple : there is no golden configuration, and some games can't be played @ full speed even if you have the best PC in the world.
i dont mean best as in perfect but best as in too where the problems arent really noticeable and the games are responsive enough to key presses where when key is pressed its immedately seen. like for instance budokai 3 is extremely laggy and slow with the initial plugins i just want some plugins that wont diminish the games that already play fine and will improve the speed decently enough for those that dont already play decently
telling us your specs would be a start

It's not plugin related. It relies mostly on your pc specs (especially CPU)
