Yes, that will do very well. I have the same cpu and a weaker gpu and there really isn't much that I can't play on my pc.

games like nfs ! which can't be emulated well on emulator!

That i5 is pretty quick.
Yeah, those games seem to be compatible. That i5 is also able to run almost any game at full speed.
You'll be fine with that spec. For reference, my old i7-920 with a GTX550ti could not run some games at full speed (NBA Street V3).
