So a friend of mine helped me out with getting a BIOS for Kingdom Hearts 2 (We both own the game, but I recently sold my PS2 and numerous games, but I kept KH2 as I couldn't find it at the time. I have now found it.) I've been using the Emulator, and the first Cinematic runs flawlessly, but as soon as I get into gameplay, the FR drops to ~25 FPS, even when I've set the Base Framerate Adjust to 300% without a Limiter.
At the moment, I'm running with two Pentium Dual-Cores at 2.7 GHz each, and for a graphics card that's an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti. I know that my Processor seems a bit low end for it, but I've heard it run smoothly with lower specs before. Can anyone help me?
