im thinking its probly my graphics card but is there anyway i can fix it i have

i was trying to run kingdom hearts

you can use software mode in gsdx options.
of course, that'll be unplayably slow, but you'll get something rendered in gsdx window.

how would i do that?

in gdsx config, choose "directx9 (software)" renderer
or simply press F9 while playing.

Config > Video (GS) > Plugin Settings > Render > "Software"

Or, just press F9
