My specs are:
In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

your laptop is quite weak, but your shouldn't set speedhacks that high (especially ee cycle rate)
make sure you set your windows power plan to performance mode and that your laptop isn't running on batteries.

what do the ee% & GS% say when you get those lag spikes ?
maybe you could record a video of the problem ?

EE is 100% when lags
GS is 50-60
Try playing without speedhacks.
And why did you change the clamping modes?

Edit: your cpu is bottlenecked.

What keytotruth said + how are your cpu temps when getting slowdowns ?
Do you get thise slowdowns in particular places or anywhere in the game ?
