I do that too, but when I do that I need to fight back my way to the Djose temple everytime, so I did a savestate just before I enter that area.
Wait wait wait. You loaded a savestate,care to try by loading with the normal game feature? It's worth a shot.

EDIT2: Download the latest SVN build and see if it gives the same issue there. Oh,and before that,change the Gdsx plugin to a similar one.

Oh my god. thank you, I reinstalled PCSx2 and did all settings etc as you guys told me and now its finally working again, this feels like heaven, I could cry, haha. I even considered just starting it over new on my PS2 xD
