Like you have a choice.
The only video plugin which get updates is GSdx,all else is...you could say ancient.
If you are asking about the different GSdx version(SSE2,SSSE3,SSE4,AVX),this depends on your cpu.

I'm on windows, but I have a problem, the games aren't smooth, although PCSX2 says 60fps and I can even turbo
In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

I play 2x native else all is unchecked
I'm trying to play Ratchet & Clank 2, Crash Bandicoot: Wrath of Cortex, Kingdom Hearts from ISO
