What could I expect to run and what should I look out for? I'm no computer geek so I don't know what to do. The Sims 2 and Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires run decent and have a bit of lag, slow motion, sound cut, etc. yet nothing major.

You'll just have to see whether your games run decently, or not. Your processor and graphic card are about a third of the recommended specs for PCSX2.
