Im trying to play scarface on PCSX2 1.2.1 and i check the compatibly list and it says its playable but when i try to play it,its just REALLY low frame rate and then crashes ..idk if my pc isnt strong enough maybe? i got

dunno about the crash (could be a good idea to post the emulog.txt after it), but the slowness is because of your CPU.
AMD bulldozer architecture is known to perform very badlyin intensive single threaded applications like pcsx2
CPU most likely isn't fast enough. There's a native PC version of that game though.

I don't think buying a game twice when you already own it is a viable solution...
what if i overclock my cpu,would that help? or is it just in general the amd bulldozer is crap for pcsx2?
If you can get it to around 4.4Ghz it will do pretty well.
I have a vishera(fx 6300) and the base single threaded performance isn't that much better, and most games are fine for me @ 4.4ghz.
ill be honest i have no clue what im doing when it comes to overclocking i tried it 1 time in the bios and the pc went crazy so i guess i did it wrong,but i should be able to overclock the cpu since i got a liquid cooler on it,runs between 73-75*F degrees idle and 76-101*F when i use PCSX2
You wanna change the multiplier. Your base multi should be x18. Bump it up to x19 and test. If it works, go to x20. Keep going until it doesn't work. Once you hit that point, change the voltage to 1.45 and see if you can get higher. Once you think you are good, go into windows and run a stress test called prime95 to see if you are REALLY stable. If you aren't, bump the voltage to 1.475. Then see. Find the best combination. Since you are a novice, I wouldn't go higher than 1.475 on the volts.
That's just basic advice, google how to overclock an fx 6100.
First: Keep VCore below 10V
Second: Read a guide that explains everything. Would be good if this guide is written for your exact cpu model. (Even if every cpu behaves differently)
(I guess I should write that 10V is extremely high and more like a joke. 1.5V would be even a lot..)
1.55 is the max for Vishera(and Zambezi). 1.5 is the "safe max." 1.35 is default.
