The sound seems to be kind of laggy sometimes, someone knows a quick fix for it?

Try:

Config->audio->plugin settings

Change timestretch to async mix.

I have a similar issue with my xb360 controller, my PC recognizes the device and I've installed the drivers but the program doesn't recognize the device so I can't use it as an input, how do I fix this?

I could not reproduce the issue. Both Pokopom and LilyPad worked fine for me.

With Pokopom, you would get the message if there's no xinput controller plugged in. It's a... feature.

I'm using a wireless 360 controller myself with the International Zodiac Job System and it works with Lilypad, the OP and others need to make sure they have chosen DirectInput.
