I am having a problem with builds after 400. The emulator works fine but when I open it, my pc freezes like for 2 minutes before opening pcsx2.
Any idea what is causing it and how to fix it??

Windows 7 64bits - I7 4790K - Corsair 16GB 1600MHZ - GeForce 560ti (1GB)
