Nope. Timing is handled by certain code in the emulator. Even if you are running 400% speed, the timing will still be correct(relative to the faster speed).
The only time I know of it causing a problem is with a handful of games when audio is set to async. But that causes a different type of error. It wouldn't cause TLB miss I am pretty sure.
