Hi i'm using the binary version of pcsx2 1.2.1
and when i try to switch to the Dev9 plugin
it won't show up....any help?

Did you install winpcap ?

Yea i bridged my internet connection and all that stuff
however i just realized it shows this when i boot up
pcsx2
