Ultrabooks are mostly way too slow for Emulation, it's a good thing you didn't made a comparison between a PC game and Emulation, cause there is a huge difference between them

No problem P4 is mostly not really heavy with an exception with some enemies (Golden Hands or Enemies with a white hue) Also I always got a huge slowdown once I'm in Junes on my old AMD Athlon 6000+ X2 at that place, still have slowdowns with some enemies in P3FES, but nothing that F9 (Software Mode) can't solve temporarily

So the problem is fixed or are you still searching for solutions?

It's surprising that a 4210U can't run P4. Runs KH2 and stuff just fine.

well, at some instances you will see a lot of frame drops in gameplay on ultrabooks....
