Set the Internal Resolution to either 1920x1080 or 1280x720 for 1080p and 720p on your HDTV respectively and turn off scaling entirely. Then on the Main GUI go to Config -> Video (GS) -> Windows Settings... And set the same resolution there and select "16:9" in the aspect ratio dropdown box. Also as others pointed out be sure you use ISO Selector in Main GUI window instead of mounting the ISO with a program as Deamon Tools. Launch with 'Boot CDVD (Fast)' option from System Menu on Main GUI.

Im sorry i didnt see. I set full filtering and solve it.
Now is everything okay except by the fact of sometimes it get some lags.
I think i'll put in 3x.
