I've downloaded and installed PCSX2 onto WIN 8.1 OS.
It's an ASUS RoG.
I've got Syphon Filter and the speed is incredibly high.
The video and sound is sped up and so is the sensitivity.
I would like to know what's wrong so I can play properly.
press f4 while playing!

That made it speed up a lot more..

I was pressing F4 during the gameplay, but it wasn't exactly working.
It was still speedy :c
what fps it is showed you !? look at upper tab ! and tell ! also tell me did you using speed hacks ?

I got it! c: Thank you. F4 didn't want to work until I restarted the program.
