That is correct.

I don't know what this cache problem is. I have never seen this error. The most often problem in this forum is that the iso is broken. Therefore using the original game disk or redoing the iso can solve your problem.

The program should run perfectly. So either there is some regression in the emulator (not very probable) or you have some problem on your side. Since settings appear fine it is either your iso, your bios or the environment (software & hardware of your pc). Believing that your pc works just fine (no driver issues or whatever) I would guess either your iso or your bios is corrupt. Corrupt bios for your version is not very probable.

Corrupt iso needs to be eliminated by you as next step.
