How do I format a card using PCSX2?

Boot to BIOS and format them from inside the browser.

Oh thanks it worked by the way how do I make it so I can use my ScpServer PS4 controller instead of a keyboard?

go to your lilypad config and in your scpserver check hide ds4

Your controller seems to be recognized.
Go to the PAD 1 tab and bind every button of the gamepad to controls.

What about the analog sticks? I refer to the R3 and L3 thingies. Do they work in the same way?

Just press down on them when binding and see?
