Hi pcsx2 guys, im a complete newbie with this pcsx2 thing and need some help to configure my system

can my pc run this game smoothly? since i got a very bad slowdown in the first dungeon(yukiko)

It should be mostly playable... but you will have some slowdowns. Enable MTVU and set EE cycle rate hack to 3.
